1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function, to make them more efficient, and to provide information to the operators of the site. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixel tags, may be used for comparable purposes and are collectively referred to as "cookies" in this Policy.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function, including enabling secure log-in, maintaining session state, and supporting core payment-link functionality. These cookies cannot be switched off without affecting the operation of the Platform.
2.2 Functional cookies
These cookies allow the Platform to remember choices you make, such as language or display preferences, to provide a more personalized experience.
2.3 Analytics and performance cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Platform, such as which pages are visited and how long users spend on them, so that we can improve functionality and user experience. Data collected is generally aggregated and used for analytical purposes.
2.4 Third-party cookies
Some cookies are placed by third parties whose services are integrated into the Platform, including our payment or financial service Provider(s) and any analytics providers we engage. These third parties may use cookies in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies, over which we do not have full control.
3. Why We Use Cookies
- To enable core functionality, including secure authentication and payment-link generation;
- To remember your preferences and settings;
- To understand usage patterns and improve the performance, security, and design of the Platform;
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse of the Platform;
- To support the operation of embedded third-party payment functionality provided by our PSPs.
4. Managing Cookies
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Platform from functioning correctly, including the ability to log in or generate payment links. Where required by applicable law, we will present a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept or manage non-essential cookies before they are set.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. As there is currently no uniform industry standard for recognizing such signals, the Platform does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal or regulatory reasons. Please check this Policy periodically for updates.
7. Contact
If you have questions about our use of cookies, please contact us at [email protected].
